Covered, and honest about it

Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty in full and we handle the claim rather than handing you a phone number. Untd. Forged parts carry two years against defect.

Calibration licences are tied to your VIN for the life of the car and include unlimited returns to the stored stock map.

Making a claim

Send the order number, photographs, and what the car was doing when it happened. We open the claim with the manufacturer the same day and ship the replacement as soon as it is agreed rather than when the paperwork closes.

What ends the cover

Modifying a part, running it past its stated fuel or boost limit, or fitting it to a platform it was not sold for. Track use does not, on hardware sold for it. We would rather tell you that before you buy.

Wear is not a defect

Discolouration on titanium, a settled spring, a filter that needs cleaning — these are the parts doing their job. A cracked weld, a failed core or a housing out of tolerance is a defect, and that is what the cover is for.
