48 hours to the door

Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are picked the same afternoon. Anything in stock leaves within 48 hours; made-to-order exhaust and turbo kits carry their lead time on the listing and on your invoice.

Calibration licences are delivered instantly to the email on the order and tied to the VIN you supplied.

What shipping costs

Free over $500 on stocked hardware. Below that it is calculated at checkout from the real crate weight rather than a flat band — an intake and a full exhaust system do not cost the same to move.

Duties and taxes are settled at checkout, not at the door. Nothing arrives with a bill attached to it.

Damage in transit

Photograph the crate before you cut a strap. Send us the photos within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement the same week — we do not wait for the carrier claim to close.

Returns

Unfitted parts in original packaging come back inside 30 days, no restocking fee. Fitted parts, cut pipes and flashed licences are not returnable, which is why we check fitment before you buy.

Start a return from your order email or the contact page. A label comes back the same day and the refund lands when the crate is scanned in, not when it is unpacked.
